Toys Paradise offers FAST EXPRESS DISPATCH within Australia. 

Whilst we are able to send most packages with NEXT DAY DISPATCH, please allow 1-5 extra working days despatch during November & December

Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-5 working days after the order is dispatched.

In most cases, delivery can be expected the day after dispatch.  For larger items delivery may be via normal Australia Post mail due to size restrictions on Australia Post E-Parcel Express Service.

Deliveries to New Zealand can be expected 4-10 Working Days after order is received. 

Twilight WantItNow Courier Delivery Service from Mailcall Couriers (This service is unavailable at the moment)

Orders placed before 14:30 AEST in the Sydney Metropolitan Area will have the option to choose the WantItNow shipping service for a flat fee of $14.00.

Orders can be expected between 17:30 - 21:30 AEST on orders placed before 14:30 AEST shipped using Mailcall Couriers.

How much will delivered goods cost me Within Australia & New Zealand?

Toys Paradise will provide a Free E-Parcel delivery within Australia on all orders with a value of $AUD150 or more.

Orders under $150 within Australia will incur a shipping fee of $8.75.

Toys Paradise will provide a Free Registered Airmail Service within New Zealand on all orders with a value of $AUD150 (Ex GST) or more

Orders under $150AUD (Ex GST) within New Zealand will incur a shipping fee of $13.64AUD.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. Toys Paradise uses Australia Post E-Parcel service for security and as such we require a signature of someone when the goods are received. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office.

Please note - Items which are large and bulky ( 20 Kilograms Per Cubic Meter or more) will incur additional shipping cost. Customer's will be contacted by the Toys Paradise team to negotiate the shipping cost. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping.

How much will courier delivered goods cost me Outside Australia & New Zealand?

All deliveries outside of Australia & New Zealand are through regular AirMail Service. International orders will incur shipping fee as charged at the time of check out.
