The Terms and Conditions in this document govern the use of Toys Paradise's Online Shopping Service (the Service). The Service includes shopping, returns, and participation in promotions run by Toys Paradise.

Shipping & Delivery

Toys Paradise offers FAST EXPRESS DISPATCH within Australia. 

Whilst we are able to send most packages with NEXT DAY DISPATCH, please allow an additional 1-2 Working Days Despatch During November & December

Orders within Australia can be expected approximately 1-3 working days after the order is dispatched.

In most cases, delivery can be expected the day after dispatch.  For larger items delivery may be via normal Australia Post mail due to size restrictions on Australia Posy E-Parcel Express Service.

Deliveries to New Zealand can be expected 4-10 Working Days after order is received. Other overseas locations worldwide delivery can be expected within 10-14 Working Days.

Q. How much will courier delivered goods cost me Within Australia & New Zealand?

Toys Paradise will provide a Free E-Parcel Express delivery within Australia on all orders with a value of $AUD150 or more.

Orders under $150 will incur a shipping fee of $8.75

Toys Paradise will provide a Free Registered Airmail Service within New Zealand on all orders with a value of $AUD165 or more.

Orders under $165AUD within New Zealand will incur a shipping fee of $13.64AUD.

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure someone is at your requested address when the goods are to be delivered. Toys Paradise uses Australia Post E-Parcel Express for security and as such we require a signature of someone when the goods are received. It is for this reason that we recommend delivery to a business address. Alternatively if you are not home, the parcel will be delivered to your local post office.

Please note - Items which are large and bulky ( 20 Kilograms Per Cubic Meter or more) will incur additional shipping cost. Customer's will be contacted by the Toys Paradise team to negotiate the shipping cost. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Q. How much will courier delivered goods cost me Outside Australia?

All deliveries outside of Australia are through regular AirMail Service. International orders will incur shipping fee as charged at the time of check out.

Phone Orders

Toys Paradise offers Over the Phone Orders. 

All phone orders during our busy Christmas period (12/11 – 23/12) each year under the amount of $150.00 will incur a $10.00 Admin fee. This fee is not refundable under any circumstances even if your order is refunded due to other means. As an online business, we encourage orders to be placed over the internet to avoid this admin fee during our busy Christmas Period.  Friendly advice from our customer service staff is, of course, free. 

Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Q. What are the Conditions on Returns and Exchanges?

Returns for Exchange:

• Returns must be received within 14 days of the customer receiving the product(s).
• The product(s) should be in its original condition and package.
• We will exchange the item(s) within 2 months of purchase.
• Freight cost to RETURN the product is covered by the customer*
• Freight cost to RESEND the product is covered by the customer.
• Please note we do not give refunds for exchanges. We are happy to offer a store credit.**

*We are not responsible for any lost returned parcels so please send it back to us via a traceable method like registered post or traceable courier.

**Store credit will exclude the shipping cost which was used to send the product(s) in the first place.

Exchange or credit request (no refund)

Returns for Faulty Products:

• If a product is faulty, it should be returned to us within 21 days of the customer receiving the item.
• Please contact customerservice@toysparadise.com.au or call us at 02 8579 2210 to arrange a return for the product.
• Faulty products once received by Toys Paradise can be exchanged for new one or a refund.

Colours and Sizes

Toys Paradise provides high quality pictures of our products. Please be aware that whilst we have done all we can to ensure that you see real life colour, depending on your viewing screen the colours may appear slightly different to the actual products.

Prices on Toys Paradise

All prices in the shopping areas are in Australian dollars (AU$) and are inclusive of GST. Toys Paradise takes all steps to ensure that prices are prices are correct at time of publication, however we reserve the right to alter prices should we inadvertently publish incorrect prices. If this should happen after you have ordered a product on the site and have passed through the check out, we will contact you prior to sending your order and notify you of the correct price. You will then have to choice to either proceed with your order or cancel the order.

Marketing & Promotions

By purchasing products or registering as a member you agree that your details including your email address, mailing address and mobile phone number may be used by us or Games Paradise Online Pty Limited to keep you informed about future products, services and events provided by either Toys Paradise or Games Paradise Online Pty Limited. If you wish to change your contact mechanism (specify direct mail, telephone or email) or opt out of any communications from Toys Paradise or Games Paradise Online Pty Limited you can do so by amending your details on our website or alternatively contact customer service on 1300 365 218.

Unless otherwise specified, sales and discounts are applied to our prices by use of a "coupon code" at the time of check out.   To ensure that you obtain advertised discounts please ensure use of the relevant coupon code at check out.    If you proceed through check out without use of a coupon code, please contact customer service for adjustment to your payment.   

Please note that all items for sale on Toys Paradise are for retail purposes only and we reserve the right to refund any purchases that are intended for resale purposes.  

E-Gift Certificates

Toys Paradise allows E-Gift Certificates to be purchased on line free of charge. To redeem an E-Gift Certificate you will need the individual code allocated to the E-Gift Certificate. The Conditions of the Gift Certificate as follows:

a) E-Gift Certificate can be redeemed for merchandise only and are not redeemable for cash.
b) E-Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
c) E-Gift Certificates can be purchased online free of charge.
d) E-Gift Certificates will be emailed to recipient of the gift and the purchaser will be sent a confirmation that the Gift.
e) E-Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on Toys Paradise's website.
f) If an E-Gift Certificate is redeemed for less than the amount purchased, the recipient will still able to return to Toys Paradise's website at a later date to redeem the remaining amount of funds on the E-Gift Certificate.
g) E-Gift Certificates are in $AUD.
h) Standard shipping rules apply for any items purchased using a E-Gift Certificate.
