I was impressed with the fast service given on my orders. It was a gift for our grandson who lives in Balgowlah Heights and we are from another country. I will use Toys Paradise again on my future gifts to our Grandson.

I live in the UK and was buying the QuickSmart Go Green & White Skedaddle 2 In 1 With Parent Handle & Trike 3 Wheel as a 1st birthday present for my neice who lives in Redfern Sydney. At first I thought I would not be able to put a messege on it to say happy birthday and it was from me. But one call to customer sevices and a talk to a very nice lady assured me if I sent an email once the item was purchased and put the order number and message on it they would send it to the warehouse to go with my parcel. I was ordering the present a week prior (Monday) to her birthday (Sunday) and had had a note informing that the item was not readly available due to toy paradies moving warehouses so may not get there on time and would help me with another item that would! This was very nice, but I choose to order the item anyway as I really liked it features (see further down), even if it was a little late. The order was made online (Monday) and as suggested an email was sent with my message. I got the usual order confirmation emails but also the day after ordering (Tuesday), I got a nice personnal email letting me know that they had set my Birthday message to the warehouse with my order and I would get another email as soon as the order was sent. This I got, very suprisingly and delighted (Thursday) saying the present was sent out and helpfuly giving me a tracking number. The company Toy paradise use, in Sydney anyway is Fastway and going on to their web site and entering the tracking number I got a very comprehensive log of the parcel all the way to even the name and copy of the signature of my brother receiving the parcel all with in the same day. So the parcel arrived in advance and my neice has the present to open on the big day. As for the QuickSmart Go Green & White Skedaddle 2 In 1 With Parent Handle & Trike 3 Wheel itself. I have yet to get any feed back on whether she likes it! I am sure she will. I liked the Idea of the produce because it was designed for a wide age range 1-4, so would not be grown out of to quickly, is very robust and had several very handy features, an intergrated collapasble parent pushing/safety handle, lockable stearing and foot rests which are very helpful I thought when young. I like its roller blade style wheel which are great indoors and out, plus having these wheels makes it easier and more fun for a young child to use. Also due to the size of house my brother lives in, the Skedaddle folds up. This is great for storage, in the house and taking it with you in the car or on public transport and if you have to carry It. Overall very delighted with Toy Paradise's service and the product. Would recommend them to anyone.

I stumbled across Toys Paradise while searching for a toy my grandson had asked for. As I live in a remote area without toy stores, I was delighted to discover that my order could be posted direct to my grandson. Not only that, but the delivery time of 2-5 days will reach him on his birthday in 5 days' time... his mother rang to tell me that it has already arrived 3 days early! I am thrilled! And my grandson will receive exactly what he wants on his 7th birthday! Thank you Toys Paradise.
